We are looking to fill an Outbound Customer Services Manager position within its Customer Services department. Looking for a hands-on leader with experience in managing an Outbound sales team.

Responsibilities include:

• Strategic planning, conflict management, coaching, and team staffing
• Call monitoring and compliance with FTC regulations
• Motivating agents to exceed production standards (key performance indicators), and achieving program goals for the department
• Experience with driving initiatives and process improvements
• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Working closely with other Customer Services Managers, workforce planning and other staff

Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge:

• Minimum 3 years in a high volume Call Center environment
• 5 years in a management role (preferably in a sales environment)
• Knowledge to define, develop, and implement strategic initiatives
• Analysis of operational problems, while drawing conclusions to develop solutions to complex issues
• A 4 year degree is preferred, experience is required

This position will be part of the analytics team responsible for design, development and launch of data warehouse as well as dashboard development. We are looking for an ambitious talented individual that will know how to utilize a combination of programming, analytical skills and other methods to develop and interpret/analyze reports, dashboards, and other key information related to the Marketing efforts of AmeriMark. This includes developing and managing data warehouse ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) process for tracking, identifying and problem-solving for issues, interpreting and dashboarding program results and insights, and ultimately working towards the development of a data-driven analysis approach to Marketing.

Responsibilities include:

• Contribute to Data Warehouse building/development, coding, interpretation of results and data visualizations
• Identify business requirements of data warehouse
• Plan, design, schedule and coordinate data warehouse analysis, design, development, and deployment
• Write programs to load data in the data warehouse using ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes
• Design end user interface including interactive reports using dash boarding tools
• Develop best practices for data loading and extraction into and out of the data warehouse
• Working with various departments to identify data and dash boarding requirements and well as resolve issues
• Developing and managing data warehouse ETL processes for tracking, identifying and problem-solving for issues
• Interpreting and dash boarding program results and insights
• Develops and manages all aspects of report/dashboard design, data loading development and implementation processes within the data warehouse

Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge:

• BS/MS degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or Operation Research as well as proficiency in programming is required. MS degree a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Extensive experience working with MS SQL Server, SQL and T-SQL (Transact SQL) scripting. MS SQL Server admin. Experience a plus.
• Excellent programming skills in SQL, T-SQL or Visual Basic
• Ability to develop SSIS packages to perform ETL using Visual Studio. SSRS and SSAS knowledge would be a plus
• Experience with enterprise business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Cognos or Business Objects a plus
• Experience with C#, Perl, Python, SPSS, SAS, R or Matlab would be a plus
• Understanding star schema or cubes would be a plus
• Understanding of ETL process best practices
• Ability to develop SSIS packages to perform ETL using Visual Studio. SSRS and SSAS knowledge would be a plus
• Strong technical skills and the ability to work well independently as well as in a team
• Excellent presentation and communication skills. Communicating with technical and non-technical users.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for reviewing and identifying quality issues with received goods for both apparel and shoe divisions. Position requires ability to accurately check daily quality samples for measurement, color, labeling, sizing, packaging, and overall imperfections. The Quality Control Inspector reports to the Sr. Manager Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct complete quality inspections for each item pulled by receiving for approval
• Quality inspects complete shipments that had repeated quality issues
• Communicates the results of the quality inspection to the merchant and Quality Assurance Team
• Communicates to the merchant and Quality Assurance Team when vendor does not adhere to proper shipping and packing requirements
• Compiles any necessary paperwork and prepare items that need to be returned to the vendor
• Acts as a liaison between Receiving and Merchandising
• Performs various clerical tasks when necessary

Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge:

• Experience with basic garment construction and sewing terminology a plus
• Must be able to use a tape measure
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Must be self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to identify and report issues
• PC skills to work in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as in email
• Strong basic math skills
• Must be able to stand all day, bend and lift up to 35 lbs.
