The Inventory Planning department has an opening for an energetic Inventory Planner. This position is working closely with vendors and the catalog merchandising teams. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Forecasting
• Purchasing and re-buying
• Expediting backorders and overall inventory management

The daily activities include analyzing data, communicating with vendors, ordering merchandise, attending meetings and working closely with Merchandising, Accounting and the Distribution Center. The position offers exciting challenges, as well as the opportunity to join a winning Inventory Planning team.

This position requires good analytic skills as well as strong organizational and communication skills. B.A./B.S. or equivalent required. Proficiency in Word and Excel required. Familiarity with supply chain management, direct marketing, as well as experience in purchasing is preferred.
