We are currently seeking a IT Infrastructure System Administrator with 5+ years of related experience. This is a hands-on position to design, install, configure, maintain and support a wide variety of IT hardware and software in a heterogeneous environment.

The successful candidate must have:
• 5+ years of related experience
• Strong interest in: Novell OES, GroupWise, Commvault, Sophos, and Network switches and routers
• Strong technical skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work well independently as well as in a team
• Operating system, hardware, networking and application support skills are required
• Experience with Intel servers, virtualization, switches and routers
• Additional pluses would include experience with MS SQL Server, Linux, and Progress OpenEdge
• Windows skills are required
• Experience with computer security practices and compliance audits a plus
• Post high school training or education

The Catalog Director is responsible for bottom line profitability of the catalog. We are looking for a results-oriented focused, talented and experienced professional to merchandise and manage a catalog in the beauty and apparel product line.
In the role, the responsibilities are as follows:
• Merchandise- review new and repeat products, determine product mix , create catalog page plans
• Oversee catalog production-select photos, edit and approve copy, arrange final pagination and approve assembled pages
• Analyze page, product and category profitability
• Attend trade shows, study market trends
• Approve vendors and pricing
• Manage staff of Buyers
• Work with Inventory Planning Team to manage inventory, maintaining lowest possible backorders
• Work with E-Commerce on merchandise selection for home page and email campaigns
• Report to VP Merchandising
The successful candidate must have:
• 4-5 years in catalog merchandising
• Knowledge of catalog production procedures
• College degree or equivalent experience – Business Marketing degree preferred
• Displays the highest level of integrity and sound judgment
• Demonstrates a passion for improving quality and sales
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
• Thrives in a fast pace environment
• Managerial experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, focus on meeting deadlines, and multi-tasking

The intern will gain insight on the catalog creation process and general industry knowledge to develop a framework for a successful career in merchandising.
